The hotel's location is excellent. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the entire team are particularly noteworthy! Unfortunately, several areas of the complex are currently undergoing renovations, which wasn't immediately apparent to us. On the positive side, however, occupancy was very low.

The check-in attendant was OK. We stayed on the third floor without an elevator. The two suitcases were very heavy. We gave a tip of 100 or 200 pounds, which was not much money. We only bought breakfast and did not choose the three-meal package. The dinner was not delicious. We went to the hamburger shop and restaurant near Kempinski every day. Snorkeling on the pier was great. We stayed there for one or two hours every day. It was just windy and it was very cold to get in and out of the water without a wet suit. We had to soak in the water to avoid being cold. It was still not suitable in winter. It is cheaper to rent snorkeling equipment on the beach of the hotel (there is a wooden house on the beach in front of the buffet in the morning). The dive shop next to the pier is expensive and the attitude is average. There are mostly foreigners. If you don't like free diving, the cost-effectiveness of staying here is not high. I booked three nights and the average price seems to be 1.3k. It may be because it is cold and there is no holiday atmosphere. It is very deserted at night. You can hardly see anyone after dark.

First of all: the hotel is like a big construction site, it is under renovation. Secondly: the sheets are pilling, the breakfast is bad, the classes are bad (there are only three people doing yoga). Finally: it is ridiculous. When I checked out, they said that the vent of the hair dryer was missing. Did they check my luggage? I know you discriminate against Chinese people, but I didn’t know that you discriminate so much that you suspect us of stealing your hair dryer accessories. It is unbelievable. I took a video of the staff checking my luggage as evidence, but I was asked to delete it? What if I delete it and you falsely accuse me of stealing? 😧

Very good! Located at the tip of the peninsula, deep into the Red Sea, the water is clear and transparent, and the red corals are very beautiful. The snorkeling location is right in front of the building, which is very convenient. You can see beautiful corals and tropical fish of various colors when you go into the sea. Although it was a bit cold in late February, it didn't feel cold after going into the sea. The room is very large, with a bedroom, living room, and kitchenette, clean and comfortable. The balcony is large, with lounge chairs for sunbathing. Breakfast and dinner are very rich, Chinese and Western, barbecue ice cream, very rich and delicious. All service staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful. I will definitely choose this resort next time!
